Manchester-Oxford Foot Questionnaire (MOXFQ)

A validated questionnaire assessing foot and ankle function across three domains: pain, walking/standing, and social interaction.

Instructions:

The MOXFQ should be self-administered and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Patients should be instructed to consider their foot/ankle problems over the past week when answering questions. The questionnaire can be completed on paper, electronically, or via telephone interview.
